The department of Medical Communications offers a comprehensive range of design, printing, photography, videography, motion graphics, illustration, and production services to support the medical education and research needs of Wayne State University School of Medicine, Wayne State University, and our educational and health sciences partners. However, we are not limited to only university and clinical clientele. If you have personal creative needs we will assist/support anyone who submits an order. Please note, priority is placed on WSU SOM projects.

The department is dedicated to being consistent with the educational mission of the University, whether that is directed to students, staff, faculty, alumni, and consumers. We adhere to strict copyright violations. We will not print other commercial branding that would violate copyright law or would degrade the WSU brand. Office Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.
We are closed for all university recognized holidays.

Location

We are located at 540 E. Canfield, Detroit, MI, Room 1367 Scott Hall, Detroit MI 48201.

There is a security guard on duty at all times and you must be prepared to show identification upon entering the building. There is a pay lot (P) across from the School of Medicine on Canfield. For short-term pick-up and delivery, enter the University Health Center/Detroit Receiving Hospital (UHC/DRH) driveway located off of St. Antoine and go to the gated lot at the right. The security guard may allow 15-minute parking. DO NOT park in reserved areas for the WSU SOM administration. View a map of Scott Hall.
